  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to clearly express and articulate business functionality of an enterprise grade solution
  • Ability to produce professional-grade High Level Design (HLD) document including business processes and system diagrams
  • Ability to moderate in-person meetings and remote conference calls with both internal & external stakeholders (customers & business partners) to:
  • Facilitate business use case discussions
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and clarification sessions
  • Facilitate solution design/architecture review/brainstorming sessions
  • Drive closures to open items
  • Hands-on Solution Architecture (SA) level expertise of Telecom Billing solution
  • Hands-on SA level expertise of Telecom Charging solution
  • Decent understanding of CRM solution and how it integrates into Billing/Charging stack
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Integration
  • System to system integration (Web service API)
  • SOAP/XML
  • REST/JSON
  • Orchestration of business processes using business process framework
  • Ability to read and produce: UML, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Data Model Diagrams
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Tools (like EVA)
  • Ability to interface with Software Architect and Software developers to communicate business/technical requirements effectively
  • Ability to interface with Test Leads to help generate Test Case Strategy & Test Case documentations
  • Working knowledge of Apache Cassandra is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Java Application Servers such as JBoss is a plus
