The JD for the Test Analyst/Business Analyst role primarily for SG G3 Real-time project.

Position Objective

  • Responsible for e2e analysis of test requirements for Cash Management projects/enhancements in UAT, particularly for SG G3 Real-time; Experience in SG G3 and/or Real-time payments clearing is strongly preferred;
  • Provide precise testing status update to Project team and Stakeholders for awareness;
  • Coordinate and follow-up with Release Managers, Project Managers for testing activities;
  • Collates, analyses and documents testing activities as part of client's processes;
  • Conduct and analyse user requirement and then ensure appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Test Analyst
    • Understand and analyse system changes to determine (UAT) testing scope and prepare test documentation (test scenarios, test cases; test evidences/results and Requirements Traceability Matrix) for strategic/key projects for APAC countries;
    • Review with APAC Country Users as well as CLAD team on completeness of test scope to secure signoff;
    • Communicate and document clearly to Project Team on testing issues/defects and track for closure (ie. Fix deployment);
    • Exercise pro-activeness and value-add by analysing clearing the testing scope to identify positive and negative test cases to sieve out defects and avoid any Production issues post-deployment;
    • To escalate issues in an effective manner and resolve these in conjunction with the rest of the team and/or the vendor;
  2. Business Analyst
    • Provide business and functional analysis for Cash Management services and products for APAC countries;
    • During the initial stage, to work with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate the business vision, to envision initial requirements, and to scope the project;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, strong work ethic, exceptional customer service. Support experience will be added advantage;
    • To act the bridge between Stakeholders and Delivery Centre/Vendors, i.e., translate the business case into user requirement understood by the developer; and raise the queries of the developers in a form the stakeholders can understand;
    • To collaborate with Delivery Centre/Vendor to analyze the user requirements and ensure deliverables to fulfill user requirements;
    • Provide user training, drafting of Standard Operations Procedures documentation
