We are Zalando’s ad-technology workbench and make use of a plethora of big data technology. Machine learning, high-level database modeling, metrics definition, trend analysis and report generation are crucial to our business and we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a data science background to take our venture to the next level.
YOU RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Creation, interpretation, and analysis of mathematical and graphical data to carry out successful company advertising campaigns and those of our partners.
Analysis of multivariate test cases, as well as establishing problem-analysis tracking and reporting to execute tactical optimization techniques.
Validation and aggregation of collected data.
Development of solutions and testing procedures for current and future issues.
Interpretation and formulation of recommended action plans based on unique analytics.
You live and breathe statistics, and are quick to recognize patterns and solutions.
During your studies, you were entrenched in statistical methodology and mathematics.
You have hands-on experience with SQL, maybe even with programming language Python!
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
You enjoy and are experienced with Interdisciplinary Communication
You have a special interest for, or perhaps even first-hand experience in, Business Intelligence
You have a natural knack for Science
