Focus: Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution Dept – Business

We are looking for a candidate to generate campaigns which sell and implement best practices; who can generate new leads, and expedite conversion of existing leads to subscriptions while implementing "upselling" tactics.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee entire demand generation program including webinars, email programs, nurturing campaigns, on- and offline advertising, event sponsorship, and activation at industry events and conferences, ensuring all marketing investments can be tracked and measured
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns which drive demand and deliver opportunities to meet and exceed pipeline contribution for the sales team
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customer segments through user research, and define marketing strategies that reach and resonate with our target audience
  • Develop studies and partner with various other teams to build content to establish Cumulus Networks as a thought leader and key partner
  • Partner with product marketing on go-to-market planning and execution to effectively launch new features and products to users
  • Own the online demand generation plan by target segments and industries to generate qualified sales leads using a mix of marketing programs, activities and events
  • Build and manage key marketing integrations – Pardot, salesforce.com, lead scoring, drip campaigns, web site tools, third party lead sources, etc - working closely with vendors, sales operations and IT teams
  • Build and maintain an effective marketing database supporting campaign targeting, nurture programs, drip campaigns and lead scoring

Key Competencies:

  • Understanding of and experience with online marketing campaigns, including banner ads and pay-per-click advertising, and the execution of automated email campaigns
  • SalesForce.com knowledge
  • Marketing automation knowledge, Pardot knowledge preferred
  • Proficient in marketing best practices for B2B technologies
  • Successful implementation of drip campaigns resulting in increased usage and or/sales
  • Experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics
  • Webinar experience
  • WordPress knowledge
  • SEM/SEO knowledge
  • Ability to drive and implement marketing solutions. Working knowledge of HTML
  • Demonstrated proficiency with database design concepts, data modeling, and segmentation
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience supporting search and digital marketing programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
