We are looking for a full-stack web engineer. That means someone who focuses on designing, implementing or improving our web apps. At the back-end, that includes adding features, testing code, and optimizing performance. At the front-end, that means designing and implementing a well-thought-out interface to your users, or improving an existing one.
As with tradition, here's what we're looking for. You should love code, and be good at coding. You should also know how to design systems, and be comfortable with making trade-offs in your implementation. You should know how to test your code, and keep your code simple and maintainable. Our backend is built mostly in Go (Golang). We also expect you to know and understand simple source code revision control, build processes, and deployment processes.
You'll be working directly with the founders, who are all technical and therefore part of the engineering team itself.
A strong understanding of core computer science concepts, including but not limited to performance, optimization, algorithms and data structures. You get the idea.
