Head - Analytics:

Xerago is looking for Head - Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to pursue Data & Statistical Analysis, specifically as it relates to Web Analytics, as a career path. This position is a unique opportunity to innovate and take an entire Web Analytics to the next level. The core responsibilities for this position are:

Strong background in quantitative analysis (degree in Statistics, Mathematics or other Data-related education).

7+ years experience in a Statistics and/or Data Analyst role, ideally in an ecommerce/Analytics company.

The person will lead the analytics team to deliver business goals for clients covering all technical aspects of Web Analytics & Digital Marketing.

Experience or knowledge with Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Tealeaf etc.

Experience/knowledge of statistical programs and tools like SPSS, SAS, R, etc.

Knowledge of data modelling (statistical modelling) techniques.

Ability to think critically and take initiative to advance key projects and initiatives.

Support the team to deliver actionable and measurable insights to inform decision making and drive online change and optimisation.

Be able to present reports, analytical insights and complex information effectively to stakeholders.

The ability to communicate complex analysis to non-technical teams in clear and concise non-technical language.

A true Microsoft Excel pro, with years of experience executing large data analysis within Excel.

Ability to learn new tools for both data analysis and visualization.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, with a strong ability to stay organized and highly productive.
