The Head of USA will report directly to the CGO and be responsible for:

  • Improving the company’s hold within the US market to reach the company’s growth ambitions
  • Allocating resources for best growth potential
  • Leading and motivating the department to deliver results
  • Starting up SEO and content optimisation processes
  • Constantly being involved in main and future markets to sustain growth
  • Keeping up to date with compliance and regulatory policies
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Business
  • Focused on delivering quality and timely results
  • Be a born leader
  • Must enjoy working with data to analyse trends

The chosen candidate will be working at the company’s headquarters in Malta as well as in their USA office and shall be offered health insurance and extended parental programs.
