RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage product/project dashboard and communications to IT/Product Teams·
• Support IT Team in the period of project/product development from beginning to end
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, methodologies
• Report and escalate to management when required
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, technical description, other product/project's requirements
• Participate in product presentations, contracts, demo sessions when required etc.
• Setup project processes (management, risk assessment, team management, Quality Assurance, document management etc.)
• Taking part in the budgeting the projects for the existing or new ones
• Organize the Scrum ceremonies related to the project/product
• Perform GAP analysis on the technical, operational, and environment considerations for new product development (NPD) and differentiating/expanding products
• Prepare the Technical Description and process requirements management, project plans and associated documentation
• Initiate and translate product road map into manageable product backlog and prioritize product backlog
• Become familiar with the organizational development practices, platform requirements, and project management framework
• Coordinate resources (distributing and control the tasks/performance, participate in building the team, develop motivation instruments/models etc.)
• Be able to connect with clients in the Product Manager's absence
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant resources
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, quality indicators etc.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

 REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager/Scrum Master in software development projects PMP, Scrum certifications
• Knowledge and experience with task management tools (JIRA)
• Strong leadership, people management and motivation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English
• Travel/Airline project experience will be a plus
