1. 2-4 Years of Java development experience

2. Preferably in Struts and Hibernate

3. Any relational DB exp

4. App and Web Server knowledge

5. Knowledge of Git/ SVN etc

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Code contributions in Open Source projects is an additional bonus
