MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSABILITIES

1. Business Analysis

- Gather business requirements and provide appropriate solutions

- Take the initiative to propose tools that can improve business efficiency and employee productivity

- Write down documentation (specifications, user guide, process description)

- Maintain BI tool

2. Project Management

- Ensure the deployment of Information System in all regional subsidiaries

- Keep the projects portfolio documentations up to date, maintain records on cost, timeline and resources.

- Report project status to local top management and corporate headquarters

- Coordinate project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

- Incident management and escalation to the developer

- User support and training

- Validation tests management

3. Budgeting, controlling and IT Reporting

- Monthly IT reporting: IT Expenses follow-up and analysis, budget adjustment with Finance Directors

- Elaboration & validation of the Regional IT Budget in collaboration with Financial Directors and Regional IT Manager

- Monthly Corporate IT Project reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION

Behavior and communication:

- Assertive, reliable and business-minded with good negotiation skills

- Motivated, dependable, and open-minded

- Structured, analytical and results oriented approach with attention to detail

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluent in English; French would be an advantage

Skills and Education:

- University degree in Computer Science

- At least 3 years overall IT experience, with experience in IT projects management, systems implementations or as IT business analyst

- Understanding of software development
- Ability to speak eloquently to business users about technical topics

- Ability to speak eloquently to technical people about business related topics

- Formalize user needs into a structured format

- Work simultaneously with people from multiple professional disciplines

- Ability to define, move toward, and meet project deadlines

Additional skills:

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and VBA

- Knowledge of video and display technologies is a plus

- SQL Server, MySQL, PHP knowledge is a plus
