Responsibilities

As Lead Software Engineer for the Europe region, you will help the company build its presence in UK, France, Germany, Sweden and more.
You will report to the CTO and the VP Europe, building a technology profile that appeals to large companies as well as small and medium businesses

As a technical lead, you will also be responsible for driving development and infrastructure projects which help the company to scale globally.
Being the first of the UK engineering team, you will recruit, mentor and lead other rockstar engineers to fuel the expansion of the company in Europe.

As a lead engineer building the foundations of our European presence, the company will be expecting you to be a fast learner with strong autonomy and certain feel for entrepreneurship.

What You Need for this Position

Ideally minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer. You’ve got less than 3 years but have been working for a startup before? We’re happy to talk.

You need to be comfortable with one or more of these technologies:

Web Frontend Development
AngularJS (bonus points for any experience using Jasmine / Protractor)

Web Backend Development
Ruby on Rails or NodeJS with unit testing

Infrastructure
AWS / GCE (bonus points when used in conjunction with Ansible, Chef or Puppet)
Docker / LXC
