Looking for for L3 Production Support work stream. This is a hands-on position which means the candidate will spend 60-70% of time coding and participating in tech meetings.
Good communicator, .Net background (ability to read code and, in some cases, fix it), good experience with SCRUM. Tech stack includes core .Net, ASP.NET, experience in RESTful services development and support. Good understanding of software architecture is a must as well. Should have support background, be able to find source of error, use (be familiar with) different tools to speed up investigation, etc
Main resposibilities will be

  • Daily Scrum meetings with business
  • Track SLA compliance, work with tickets
  • Minsk Team coordination
  • Talk to the SNPL customers to identify core reasons of the problems
  • Possibly - some development (bugfixing)
  • Root cause analysis

Required skills:
REST, HTTP, .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, MS SQL Server, problem solving, computer management, security

Required experience:

  • REST, .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, MS SQL Server: 6 years
