Your role:

Your chance is here… We‘d like to offer you to join a team of awesome techies based in the heart of Berlin and currently involved in developing a cross platform service for consuming medias. Be ready to contribute to the development of a media app for Android and iOS. Especially we want you to get it covered with integration tests as soon as possible. Taking Automation Engineer job in this German dynamically growing company, you’re also expected to be in charge of improving its coverage, test stability and proposing enhancements in its QA and development process. As a QA Automation Engineer in this Agile-spirited family you’ll also:

• Cooperate with Development Teams, Ops, PMs and QA Lead to support excellent quality of the products;
• Find and track bugs, take care of stories during development and testing processes;
• Create specifications and tests as a result of product team cooperation;
• Determine automation schemes;
• Collaborate with a team of test engineers to automate functional tests;
• Apply regression testing to already distributed features;
• Develop strong test strategy with the help of software engineers and product managers.

Your qualification:

• Experience automating UI tests for Android & iOS (acceptance, smoke, non-regression and performance testing);
• Excellent background in automated Web testing (especially SPA);
• Rails testing skills;
• Profound JS expertise;
• Proficiency in writing UI tests in Java, C++ and Objective-C;
• Expert knowledge of CI (Jenkins);
• Familiarity with HockeyApp tool for bug reports;
• Knowledge of Enzyme, CasperJS (or PhantomJS), React tools;
• Skilled at test case designing, test case execution and defect tracking;
• Sharp complex problem-solving skills and a sense of priority
