Raisin is gearing up a Mobile expeditionary force with the objectives to better engage our current customers and win new customers for Raisin who prefer the powers of smartphone-centric banking experience.

Your mission as an experienced Leader & React Native Developer is to enable teams to build great solutions with delighting UI’s and an amazing mobile user experience. Increasing the engagement of existing customers and winning over new customer groups and market segments are amongst the key objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are Chapter lead, with accountability for the improvement of our overall mobile engineering capability, including talent, workflows and tools
• You are Key contributor in a cross-functional mobile team
• You are a hands-on team lead and mentor
• You ensure high working morale, team spirit, and productivity
• You develop both your chapter’s soft- and technical skill-set according to the company goals and needs
• You coach your chapter to remove obstacles independently, but you also get your hands dirty, when needed
• You are a role model and inspire your chapter to live our principles of customer-centric innovation, entrepreneurship and responsibility
• You are a key contributor to an efficient development environment and optimal workflows for the whole engineering organization
• You are a great communicator and empathetic motivator when needed

YOUR PROFILE:

• You bring at least 3 years of leadership experience
• You know how to manage software projects to a successful delivery in a collaborative way
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to guide teams towards a common goal in a fast-paced international environment
• You have strong experience (3y) with React Native / Redux and have a portfolio of nice examples that showcases your experience
• You have a deep understanding of the app integration and delivery lifecycle, including code signing and app store reviews
• You are an open-minded and creative team player enjoying constructive code and architecture discussions
• Writing clean, maintainable and well-documented code comes naturally - we strongly believe in the power of clean code
• Android (Java) and/or iOS (Swift) experience is a plus
• Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus though not mandatory
