We’re looking for someone to make our journeys as stress-free and frictionless as our customers. We’re working on a lot of very exciting projects and spinning a lot of plates, but we need to maintain focus and direction to ensure we deliver the highest priority first and don’t get sucked in by all the noise.
Where do you come in?
We are looking for a passionate and energetic ScrumMaster to work within our Consumer Teams, to keep us honest and protect our teams from unnecessary impediments, while adapting to change and ensuring that everyone is having fun along the way. We’re pretty self-managing, but we could use a helping hand to facilitate our Scrum Ceremonies and ensure they provide us with the most amount of value, as well as working closely with the Product Manager to enable the smooth planning of up and coming work. The right candidate will not only free up the Team Lead to spend their time doing what they do best, but also assist the whole team in working more efficiently.
