About the Role

The Iconic is looking for a skilled Security Engineer to help us ensure we maintain enterprise level security as the business grows. More than that we need you to ensure we are always ahead of the security curve and keep up with the fast pace and quickly expanding technology we use day to day. We are as much a technology business as we are fashion, so here you will find an innovative, senior level Tech team who live and breathe code every day.

What will I be doing?

• Lead and implement security process improvements both in house and for our AWS infrastructure
• Improve network security including rolling out a next generation firewall
• Perform security monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all areas of vulnerability
• Work closely with Dev/Ops to secure deployment of new infrastructure in AWS to support engineering projects
• Expand and improve existing security project plans with focus on deliverables

What Technology will I use?

• Linux, primarily debian
• Cisco
• Git and Github
• Puppet
• Full AWS suite
• Bamboo

Who We Are Looking For?

• Experience in securing large scale AWS environments
• Expert in network and firewall management
• Version control experience preferably in Git
• Analytical and disciplined to complete tasks
• Certification in SSCP or CISSP strongly preferred
