Our stack consists of Ruby on Rails (4.2.x) with a Postgres database. We are using Sidekiq for background processing, Elasticsearch for search, and a variety of supporting services (CircleCI, Sendgrid, Rollbar, etc) all running on DigitalOcean. We are executing via agile using Pivotal Tracker with one week sprints delivered via continuous delivery.
We were featured at TechCrunch Disrupt London 2014, and won the Deloitte/London Business School Innovation and Entrepreneurship award in 2015.
In the next 12 months, we are determined to make a difference in London’s HR Tech space.
