Responsibilities

·        Manage game development incl related costs, roadmaps and general information flow between our internal teams (graphic artists, game designers, developers)

·        Evaluate, define and manage new content, features and in game events for our games

·        Interface and point of contact for our external dev partners

·        Provide extensive, data driven and actionable feedback to Senior Management about design, monetization, features and mechanics

·        Advise Senior Management on new game projects

·        Define, propose and implement product strategies and processes

 

Requirements

·        You are experienced in games and product/project management/producer, with a strong background in at least one of the fields

·        Passionate about games in general and success driven

·        Knowledge of the mobile / online F2P market and its trends as well as the general game market

·        Experience in optimizing product features after release through data driven iteration

·        Knowledge of game design is a strong plus as well as fundamental expertise in UX/interface design; visually artistic comprehension is a plus

·        Strong communication skills, both oral and in writing, fluent in English

·        Analytical and problem-solving skills and mind-set

·        Self-driven and understanding team player

·        You are a leader and able to manage junior and mid-level colleagues
