Roostify is a small team of passionate problem solvers. We make the process of getting a home loan easier and drastically more efficient for borrowers and lenders alike. We're solving a massive problem that others have been afraid to touch, and are very proud of what we've accomplished. But we're far from done, and we want your help. Open Positions

We're looking for a strong Ruby on Rails developer who's more than just a code monkey. You should be able to identify things that are broken or could be improved, have defendable opinions on what to do about it, and the skills necessary to execute your ideas. Every change you make, and every feature you build will be immediately used by our customers.

You'll be responsible for coding concisely in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. You should also have strong SQL skills and have experience with Git. Exposure to agile development is also a plus.

This is a leadership role and you'll largely be managing yourself, so it's important that you have high expectations of your person and your work. You should be motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn and to teach.
