Organisation Description:
Our client is one of Malta's leading financial services firm with interests based locally and abroad. The company offers a broad range of services focused on financial funding, investment and trading.

Job description:
This role is focused on helping our customer base with their day to day issues. You will form part of the tickets team as ticket champion.

Main duties:
  • Administer software's developed by our in-house development team.
  • Solve challenging problems on a daily basis.
  • Perform in depth root cause analysis of current problems.
  • Perform permanent fixes on current code base.

Skills and mindset:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Must be proficient with various programming languages including VB.NET, C#.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure administration.
  • A financial background is considered an asset.
