Bet Customer Tribe has 9 customer-facing teams building industry leading solutions in technologies such as React, PHP & Java built on virtualised & cloud platforms.

Each team is evenly balanced with a mixture of specialists across frontend & backend technologies to allow it to obsess about the small number of products & services which it owns.

Every engineer is passionate about their team and drives improvements in their discipline and the quality of their team’s systems. They share knowledge with others and are constantly learning and adapting their skills to push themselves and their team further.

We are not building a monolithic Enterprise app - think micro-services and a lean approach with quick running tests and deployment.

How you will do it…

We will help you grow to be an expert voice in your team and bring your specialisms to bear: whether that’s engineering elegant frontend experiences, building scalable backend services or all of the above. Find what makes you excited to get here on a morning and do more of it.

With your squad, get a deep understanding of your squad’s products and services so that you can play an active part in determining the future for them with your squad’s product manager.

Continuously learn, grow and improve with your team, for example by critical evaluation of your team’s software releases, and finding ways to incrementally make everything you do better and better.
