Job Description
■ Lead the engineering team and promote the best coding practices
■ Define, implement and maintain the development process in a test-driven and agile environment in large organisation
■ Lead the development of the main Reflaunt web-platform including APIs, third parties Integration, Angular Single page application Dashboard, Analytics tools, AI powered algorithm and, Decentralized application integration
■ Ensure the flexibility of the stack and to develop a service-oriented architecture using the best cloud solutions on AWS together with the CTO
Qualifications
■ Experience Software Development Lead with a strong technical background in software development/engineering/architecture
■ Test driven development with agile methodology experience
■ Experience in cloud architecture on AWS (on premises and microservices)
■ Strong coding language expertise in Javascript/TypeScript (NodeJs, Angular, React Native)
■ Experience in JavaScript Backend Framework NestJs
■ Flexibility to adjust dynamically to new demands & set priorities accordingly with a highly collaborative style
■ Bachelor's or Masters of Engineering or Computer Science degree and either PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) qualification
■ Minimum 8 years of hands-on and architecture experience developing enterprise level micro service applications
