We are searching for our office in Bamberg for a:

UI/UX Designer (m/f/divers)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independent development of UX / UI concepts focusing on the marketplace
  • Further development and application of user experience guidelines
  • Advising internal stakeholders about UI / UX
  • Realization of creative designs as well as innovative ideas for new features
  • Development of cross-platform design systems
  • Research, testing and development of prototypes, concepts and customer journeys
  • Coordinate the UI / UX implementation in collaboration with the development department
  • Integrated working in one or more development teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Interaction Design, Interface Design, Human Computer Interaction, Service Design, Graphic Design with focus on UX or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in UX / UI design
  • A high degree of passion for good design
  • Very good knowledge of current prototyping and design tools such as Sketch, Adobe, Invision, or Figma
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML / CSS / JS
  • Know-how in planning and conducting usability tests
  • Experience in the field of Agile product development and in the e-commerce environment
  • A high level of team spirit, commitment and very good English skills
  • German language skills are an advantage
